ITSS Rates and Fees for 2014-2015
ITSS will bill the following services:
- all long-distance calling services
- Interactive TV classroom rental
- requests for staff labor support in the areas of:
- audio-visual
- consulting and programming
- web development
- workstation maintenance and parts
- support for department servers
- network and telephone installation
- and other special projects as arranged with ITSS.
External University customers, who pay by cash, check or credit card, will continue to be billed monthly for the respective support provided by ITSS.

Telephone Rates
Internal customers, which are departments that pay through EFS, will be billed for installation labor.

Network Rates

Server Rates
All customers who have arranged to use a dedicated or private ITSS server will be billed the following rate. Please note that the server has a maximum amount of 5GB file storage included in the server rate. If you require additional storage above this amount, you will need to reference the File Storage Rates below to calculate your annual expense for the server and for the added file storage.

File Storage and Backup Rates
Faculty and Staff accounts used for University business are eligible for 5 Gb of Internet file storage along with 10 Gb of Active Directory system file storage without charge. Additional file storage and/or backup services will be billed according to the rates in the following tables.

Note: Faculty may reserve a teaching computer laboratory for one class session per semester without students having to pay the lab fee. Classes that pay the lab fee will have priority. Classes that use the labs more than once in a semester must require all students enrolled in the course to pay the lab fee. Access to the computer labs for faculty for instructional or course development purposes for a class taught in the labs is free.
