Lunch 'n' Learn: Accessible Online Meetings

Discover what makes a meeting accessible and how to make use of built-in accessibility features.

Join the University of Minnesota's Accessibility Ambassadors on Thursday, April 30, for a presentation by Amanda Ryan of the Institute on Community Integration within the College of Education and Human Development, Twin Cites campus.

Ryan will discuss what makes a meeting accessible and how to make use of built-in accessibility features. She will:

  • cover Zoom and Google Meet (formerly known as Google Hangouts),
  • discuss dos and don'ts for presenters, and
  • explain how to prevent or minimize the risk of "Zoombombing".
