What We Have Learned From the Pandemic

Academic technology successes and challenges of the pandemic are the focus of upcoming events, activities, and resources.

The Center for Educational Innovation (CEI) is sharing programming for the individual and larger community, both scheduled and asynchronous. On Friday April 23, at 1:00 p.m., a session called "Lesson's Learned from Pandemic Teaching" will be hosted online. The session is described as:

In this structured conversation, we'll reflect, individually and in small groups, on successes and challenges experienced while teaching remotely or in socially distanced settings. We'll share experiences, strategies and techniques we want to continue going forward and what resources are needed to do so.

CEI and ITSS are also sharing out an asynchronous activity entitled "Reflecting on Pandemic Teaching." This short handout is perfect option for those interested in a self-paced, reflective practice

Building upon this, CEI has an extensive listing of upcoming programming available, and provides a host of services to the University of Minnesota Duluth community. In addition, an extensive back-catalog of recorded and caption events is available.
