Harshil is a member of our ITSS Phone and Network Team. He primarily focuses on the networking side of things. In addition to resolving day-to-day help desk tickets, he is working on upgrading the campus network switches.
Background
Harshil lived in Memphis, Tennessee for most of his life. Prior to working at UMD, he was a Site Reliability Analyst at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for 2 years.
He holds a B.S in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. In addition, he has the following certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Network+
