1. Turn on the instructor's main control system

Two sets of controls are located on top of the instructor's station. 1) A table control system panel controls the display of student laptops from individual tables to the classroom's main projection screen. 2) A main control system panel displays the instructor's laptop to the classroom's main projection screen and provides volume and screen blanking capabilities.

The instructor's main control system panel has eight buttons. Press the "ON" button to turn on the main control system. The "ON" button is the top left button.

2. Select an individual table's display to project

On the table control system panel, press the button for the desired table and corresponding student laptop connection.

In a 4 table active learning classroom, the table control panel has eight buttons. They are labeled: Table 1 VGA, Table 1 HDMI, Table 2 VGA, Table 2 HDMI, Table 3 VGA, Table 3 HDMI, Table 4 VGA, Table 4 HDMI.

In a 3 table active learning classroom, the table control panel has six buttons. They are labeled: Table 1 VGA, Table 1 HDMI, Table 2 VGA, Table 2 HDMI, Table 3 VGA, and Table 3 HDMI.

In a 2 table active learning classroom, the table control panel has four buttons. They are labeled: Table 1 VGA, Table 1 HDMI, Table 2 VGA, and Table 2 HDMI.

Button functionality

 Table 1 VGA Button Press the "Table 1 VGA" button to project table one, if the display of the laptop at table one has a VGA connector. This button is located on the top left (row 1, column 1 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 1 HDMI Button Press the "Table 1 HDMI" button to project table one, if the display of the laptop at table one has a HDMI connector. This button is located on the top right (row 1, column 2 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 2 VGA Button Press the "Table 2 VGA" button to project table two, if the display of the laptop at table two has a VGA connector. The "Table 2 VGA" button is the second button from the top on the left side (row 2, column 1 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 2 HDMI Button Press the "Table 2 HDMI" button to project table two, if the display of the laptop at table 2 has a HDMI connector. The "Table 2 HDMI" button is the second button from the top on the right side (row 2, column 2 on on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 3 VGA Button Press the "Table 3 VGA" button to project table three, if the display of the laptop at table three has a VGA connector. The "Table 3 VGA" button is the third button from the top on the left side (row 3, column 1 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 3 HDMI Button Press the "Table 3 HDMI" button to project table three, if the display of the laptop at table 3 has a HDMI connector. The "Table 2 HDMI" The "Table 3 HDMI" button is the third button from the top on the right side (row 3, column 2 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 4 VGA Button Press the "Table 4 VGA" button to project table four, if the display of the laptop at table four has a VGA connector. The "Table 4 VGA"button is the bottom button on the left side, fourth from the top (row 4, column 1 on the instructor's table control panel).

 Table 4 VGA Button Press the "Table 4 HDMI" button to project table four, if the display of the laptop at table four has a HDMI connector. The "Table 4 HDMI" button is the bottom button on the right side, fourth from the top (row 4, column 2 on the instructor's table control panel).
