On campus drop-in sessions and Canvas workshops are offered as well as on-going teaching and learning events.

Educational Technology Drop-In Session Schedule

The regular ITSS educational technology drop-in session schedule runs through Thursday, December 7, 2017. Expanded drop-in sessions are available for individual assistance with Canvas post-migration steps, final grade prep and preparing your course(s) for teaching in the spring. A representative from the Registrar's office will also be attending these sessions to assist with submitting final grades. Visit ITSS educational technology sessions for dates and times. All regular and expanded sessions are in Kirby Plaza 175. No registration is required.

Canvas News

Canvas Events at UMD

OIT's Academic Technology Support Services (ATSS) and UMD's ITSS Educational Technologists will be offering in-person Canvas sessions and workshops on the Duluth campus December 7 and 8. Faculty and instructional staff can choose to register and attend informational sessions about Canvas Basics and/or engage in hands-on Teaching with Canvas workshops.

We will also be offering expanded drop-in sessions throughout both days for additional assistance with Canvas and other educational technologies.

Registration is required for the formal Canvas Basics sessions. Registration for the Teaching with Canvas workshops has closed.
