The ITSS Enterprise team is back to full staff thanks to the addition of Jaron Reif. Jaron started his first day as a developer with ITSS on September 3rd. After going through necessary administrative and procedural on-boarding process, Jaron is now beginning to receive training in the applications supported by the team. When the training is complete, he will be the primary support for some of these applications. As a primary support, he will communicate with the application end users about their business needs, help them make necessary changes, and follow through their service requests until fully resolved. Gradually Jaron will play more roles in designing and developing new applications to meet the business needs of the campus community together with other developers.
Jaron is a fresh UMD Computer Science & Linguistics graduate. He also has a minor in Cognitive Science. He had worked for Glensheen as a tour guide and the marketing assistant for a few years.
He likes hiking, camping, and snowboarding. Audio books and video games are on his list to do for indoor activities.
