Robert joined ITSS in August, and has since been assisting at the help desk and providing extended technical support to users across campus.
Robert has a Computer Science degree from California State University. He has been working for the past three years as a Customer Support Specialist, accessing company databases and customer-facing webapps to diagnose and resolve issues. He also spent a year diagnosing and repairing computers and other electronics.
Robert says he has always had an interest in technology and hands-on projects. He loves book binding, mending, building and taking apart computers, and upgrading hardware as much as he can. Robert also enjoys reading, dungeons & dragons games, and spending time with his friends, family, and cat.
