Project Consulting & Analysis: No Fee
Initial project consultation and analysis are not billable.
Development: Hourly Rate
All custom development time is billable at the current ITSS Programming rate.
Support: Hourly Rate
Support exceeding 15 minutes will be billed at the current ITSS Consulting/Programming rate.
