ITSS's Academic Technology and Course Design Team share updates and programming with our faculty and student community on a weekly basis. Our team of technologists and instructional designers is developing a blog/space to store and archive our notes for future reference, exploration, and updates.
#ThingsWorthSharing Events!
We are excited to announce #ThingsWorthsharing events, a monthly informal gathering about teaching and technology. Each event will explore technologies, and teaching strategies, and offer networking and shared solutions. Stay for as little or as much as you want. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
What do we talk about in these conversations? Most any topic including… engagement and communication, AI, 3D Printing, Universal Design, assessments, active learning strategy, scaling courses for large enrollment, challenges in delivering hybrid lectures, VR & AR headsets, Student Facilitated Feedback, video capture tools… we could go on and on and on!
All meetings will be held in Kirby Plaza 175. Come for as much or as little time as you have.
