Presentation: Creating Safe Spaces for Learning

Join Meg Little on October 23, 2023 for a conversation on developing new mindsets and opportunities.

Comfort level in a classroom setting varies from student to student. Some traditional academic structures and styles can unintentionally cause members to struggle and withdraw from participation and learning communities. There has been a groundswell of research, pedagogy, and practices that can empower conversation and engagement from all students .

Join Meg Little, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Sciences, on Monday, October 23, 2023, at noon in Kirby Plaza 175 for a conversation on developing new mindsets and exploring how we can create engaging, inclusive, and rewarding classroom spaces.
