Our TechCenter is managed by full-time, certified staff. We also employ student technicians. This creates a learning environment while allowing us to provide service at competitive rates.
Services for personally owned computers are billed at an hourly rate, with standard rates for common services. Any personal computer or device checked in for service includes a minimum Diagnostic Fee of 1/2 hour at the current labor rate.
While we offer maintenance service for personal devices of current students, faculty and staff, we do not provide this service for personal devices of retirees, alumni or the general public.

Non-Payment and Abandoned Equipment
After 45 days, unpaid invoices will be charged to the student account.
ITSS will ship the equipment at the customer's expense to the permanent address listed for the customer account. If no permanent address is available, after 180 days equipment is deemed abandoned and ITSS may securely wipe and recycle the equipment.
