Options for Adobe Creative Cloud Access at UMD
UM-Duluth ITSS provides current students, faculty and staff free access to Adobe Creative Cloud:
- Checkout a temporary license for seven-days to use on individual devices. Request individual access through MediaHub checkout portal, steps below.

Note: All campus iMacs have access to Adobe Creative Cloud dashboard and grants all users permission to download any Adobe CC app to the iMac.This means, if an app is not currently on a campus iMac all users can download any app from the Adobe CC dashboard to use on that particular iMac.
Request Individual Access to Adobe Creative Cloud Through Multimedia Checkout
Checkout affiliates can reserve access to Adobe Creative Cloud for a seven-day checkout duration.
- Log into the checkout system Connect2. First time users will be authenticated to the system after the initial sign-in.
- Search for Adobe. Click on "Add to basket."
- Select Create Booking.
- Choose a Booking Period to identify the start of the checkout. The checkout duration will be adjusted by the administrator to seven days.
- Agree to Terms and Conditions by checking the box.
- Select Next.
- On the Verify Booking page, select Submit.
ITSS will review the request and send an individual email to confirm and provide access instructions. Please allow one business day to process Adobe access requests made through Connect2.
Sign-in Process for Adobe Creative Cloud
Please follow the instructions for Adobe Creative Cloud: Sign in to Install and Activate Creative Cloud Apps.
Tip: Be sure to use @umn.edu instead of @d.umn.edu.
Individual access to Adobe Creative Cloud is required through Multimedia Checkout for all temporary licenses on individual devices.
