Options for Adobe Creative Cloud Access at UMD
UM-Duluth ITSS provides current students, faculty and staff free access to Adobe Creative Cloud:
- MediaHub CoLab Kirby Plaza 143: Four iMac devices with access to Adobe CC. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- MediaHub Checkout Kirby Plaza 165: Checkout a temporary license for seven-days to use on individual devices. Request individual access through MediaHub checkout portal, steps below. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Kirby Plaza 175 iMac Lab: Open to all students. Instructors can request lab time and instructional support through the MediaHub Production Space Requests.
Note: All campus iMacs have access to Adobe Creative Cloud dashboard and grants all users permission to download any Adobe CC app to the iMac.This means, if an app is not currently on a campus iMac all users can download any app from the Adobe CC dashboard to use on that particular iMac.

Request Individual Access to Adobe Creative Cloud Through MediaHub Checkout
Checkout affiliates can reserve access to Adobe Creative Cloud for a seven-day checkout duration.
- Log into the MediaHub reservation system Connect2. Checkout affiliates will have access using their University credentials. First time users will be authenticated to the system after the initial sign-in.
- Search for Adobe. Click on "Add to basket."
- Select Create Booking.
- Choose a Booking Period to identify the start of the checkout. The checkout duration will be adjusted by the MediaHub administrator to seven days when the request is processed.
- Agree to Terms and Conditions by checking the box.
- Select Next.
- On the Verify Booking page, select Submit.
ITSS MediaHub will review the request and send an individual email to confirm and provide access instructions. Please allow one business day to process Adobe access requests made through Connect2.

Tip: Be sure to use @umn.edu instead of @d.umn.edu.
Individual access to Adobe Creative Cloud is required through MediaHub Checkout for all temporary license on individual devices.
