Options for Adobe Creative Cloud Access at UMD

UM-Duluth ITSS provides current students, faculty, and staff free access to Adobe Creative Cloud in 2 ways:

  • Personal Computers: checkout a temporary license for seven-days to use on personal devices. Request individual access through the ITSS checkout portal, instructions are below.
  • UMD Computer Labs:
    • Kathryn A Martin Library (2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors)
    • iMac Lab: Coming Spring 2027
       

Note: All campus iMacs have access to Adobe Creative Cloud dashboard and grants all users permission to download any Adobe CC app to the iMac. This means, if an app is not currently on a campus iMac all users can download that app from the Adobe CC dashboard to use on that particular iMac.
 

Request Individual Access to Adobe Creative Cloud Through Multimedia Checkout

Students, Faculty, and Staff can make a seven-day reservation access to Adobe Creative Cloud on a personal device.

  1. Log into the checkout system Connect2. First time users will be authenticated to the system after the initial sign-in.
  2. Select Book Adobe Creative Cloud.
  3. Select Add to basket next to Adobe Creative Suite Temporary Membership.
  4. Select Create Booking.
  5. Choose the day and time you wish to start using the software.
  6. Select Next.
  7. Select Submit.

On the day your reservation starts, you will receive an email from Connect2 with information on how to access Adobe Creative Cloud.
