How do I log into my phone?

Should your phone ever lose network service or power, you may be prompted to log in.

Enter your 4 digit extension and password (also your 4 digit extension) when prompted.

How do I disable call forwarding and Send All calls?

  1. (Call forward button is lit green), press "Call Forward" to disable.
  2. (Check mark next to "Send All", forwarding all calls to voicemail), press "Send All" to remove check mark and receive calls.

How do I transfer a call?

  1. While on an active call, press Transfer
  2. Dial the extension
  3. Announce the call, press Complete

How do I make a conference call?

  1. While on an active call, Press Conf
  2. Dial the telephone number
  3. When the person answers, press Join
  4. To add another person, press Add and repeat Steps 2 & 3.
