Major Benefit of New Phone System
ITSS completed the conversion to our Avaya Aura phone system this past February. A major benefit of the new Avaya system is that it allows people to move their phones to any active network jack without ITSS intervention.
Automating e911 Updates
We are currently developing a system to automate e911 updates. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of Fall Semester. In the meantime, if you are planning to move your phone, or have recently moved, please fill out an online service request to have the e911 database updated for your phone.
