Almost everyone has felt the frustration of spending too much time searching, browsing, and scrolling, scrolling, scrolling to find a specific email, document, photo. There are strategies and tools that can help. To promote these strategies and encourage sustainable file storage, the University's Google Workspace team is promoting Focus on Files. With this initiative, we invite UMN faculty, staff, and students to reduce frustration and save time by learning how to better manage Google Workspace files.
- Sign up for monthly emails for helpful tips and tools. Each student, faculty, or staff member who signs up for monthly tips will be entered into a drawing to win one of several $25 gift cards to the bookstore!
- Add Focus on Files to your Google calendar or create your own reminders.
