ITSS is providing free, high-speed Wi-Fi access to the UMD community who may not have internet connectivity due to COVID-19 closures.
"Hot Lots" provide Wi-Fi via eduroam so users can access the internet from their cars while maintaining social distancing. UMD's Wi-Fi hot spot locations to-date include:
- Parking lot B near the Heikkila Chemistry and Advanced Materials Science (HCAMS) building
- Parking lot G near the Civil Engineering building
The service provides the full range of internet usage from your personal device.
