New ITSS Staff Member
Karli Niemann recently joined the ITSS family. She will be an active member of our software agile development team. Karli's technical skills lie in system integration and user interface. She supports a number of campus applications including mobile applications. Her addition enhances ITSS software design and development capability and allows ITSS to provide better service quality to the campus.
This past summer Karli graduated from the College of St. Scholastica majoring in Computer Information System. She is originally from Cumberland, Wisconsin and moved to Duluth for school four years ago. Karli likes to spend her free time drawing, playing piano, running, and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat.

TechCenter Staffing Updates
Aaron Caveny Returns from Extended Military Leave
After a year long military leave, Aaron Caveny has returned to campus and will be resuming his duties in the TechCenter. He will focus on services for faculty and staff, including new computer setup, maintenance and management, as well as supervising our hardware repair service.

Brittany Meyer Takes on New Responsibilities
With Aaron's return, Brittany Meyer-Madges will continue her work in the TechCenter with an emphasis on student services. This includes managing our Mac computer labs and our Chromebook/laptop checkout fleet.

Adem Hunter is Full Time
After filling in for staff as a long term temp, Adem Hunter joined our staff on a full time basis in June in an End User Support role. He will continue his work at our ITSS Help Desk as well as providing a wide range of end user support services to the campus.
