After the completion of spring semester, ITSS will work with our vendor to perform software upgrades on our telephone and voicemail systems.
What Will Be Impacted?
Voicemail messages will be affected. The upgrade will cause a loss of all messages currently on the system. However, messages received via email can be saved indefinitely and are not affected.
In addition, this work will cause service disruptions for both phones and voicemail.
When Will It Happen?
All work will be performed after normal business hours.
Dates and times for this work are still to being finalized. But we wanted to inform users about the loss of voicemail messages before they left campus for the summer. Please check your voicemail and we'll announce the upgrade dates via the following methods when we have them:
