The Avaya IX Messaging upgraded system will not use Adobe Flash Player, which will no longer be supported after December 31, 2020. This will mean that those that rely on the Avaya Web Access to manage their messages will be able to continue using that feature.
As with previous upgrades, messages and passwords will be retained. Most users should notice no changes to the way they interact with the system after the change.
We are working with our vendor to schedule this upgrade, and will send out an announcement with dates and details once they are confirmed.
