As you may already know, ITSS is in the midst of transitioning all campus phones and voicemail from our Nortel voice systems to our Avaya Aura voice systems.
We are making good progress, and are trying to have as little impact on users as possible during the transition. This summer, we will upgrade as many of the 1400 remaining phones as time permits. ITSS staff will be contacting departments in the affected buildings with details and timelines in the coming weeks.
