Fall Avaya Phone Project Update

90% of the project is complete. The goal is to finish the remainder by the end of semester break.

We made excellent progress on migrating phones to the new system over the summer. Approximately 1000 phones were upgraded in more than a dozen buildings and we are now at about 90% complete.

In the coming weeks, we will be contacting areas that have yet to be completed to schedule their conversion to the new system, with a goal of project completion over the semester break. Those areas include:

  3. Bookstore
  4. Print Shop
  5. TCF Bank
  6. WDSE
  7. Health Services
  8. KUMD
  9. SCC One-Stop
